Refunds and returns
Placed an order for a MATE SIM card and don’t wish to activate the SIM or change your mind? No worries mate! We can provide a refund of the upfront plan fee that was processed, less $10.00 for postage and handling costs. More information on our returns policy.

The network capability of MATE’s Top Mates 42GB plan has access to typical download speeds of 10Mbps to 150Mbps on 150mbps 4G and 5G. Upload speeds will typically be 1 to 40Mbps.
Speeds may vary due to factors such as location, device capabilities, distance from the base station, local conditions, concurrent users, hardware and software configuration and download/upload destination.
