Read more information on the details we need to ensure your number transfer is successful here.

⚠️ Important: If you’re moving your number from another provider, hold off on putting your MATE SIM in your phone. Keep using your old SIM until the transfer finishes. You’ll know it’s done when your old SIM stops working, and we’ll send you a text and email to confirm your number has moved to MATE.

If you want to activate a new mobile number, select the “I want a new number” dropdown and follow the prompts.

Once you have submitted the activation, you should see a Success screen, with the message “order updated.”
