Add an nbn internet service to your account with ease

If you are an existing MATE customer, you can use our self-care portal or myMATE app to add a new internet service to your account.

Select “Add New Service”

Follow the prompts to complete your order

💡 Tip: If you have forgotten your app password, use the recovery function in the app.

Once you’re logged in, select “add new service” on the main screen and follow the prompts to complete your order.
