What else do I need for unlimited nbn home phone bundles?

Remember, nbn replaced all existing fixed-line broadband internet like traditional ADSL plans and cable internet services - if you’re opting for nbn bundles with a home phone, then you’ll need a modem that can support an nbn home phone. Aside from your modem/router, the only other thing you’ll need is any required nbn equipment. If you already have nbn installed, we will simply transfer this service to MATE. Transfers are often as quick as a few hours, but they can take up to 3 business days. If you don’t already have nbn installed, your nbn provider will take care of the installation. There should be no extra cost for installation, unless your house is a brand-new development. Your provider can organise an nbn technician to install any nbn equipment, regardless of whether you have FTTP, FTTC, HFC, FTTN or Fixed Wireless nbn at your place.
