Refunds and returns
Placed an order for a MATE SIM card and don’t wish to activate the SIM or change your mind? No worries mate! We can provide a refund of the upfront plan fee that was processed, less $10.00 for postage and handling costs. More information on our returns policy.

The network capability of MATE’s Soul Mates 150GB 5G plan has access to download speeds up to a speed cap of 100mbps on 4G and 5G. Upload speeds will typically be 1 to 40Mbps.
Speeds may vary due to factors such as location, device capabilities, distance from the base station, local conditions, concurrent users, hardware and software configuration and download/upload destination.
