What is Bundle & Save?
We understand that you have plenty of choices out there when it comes to internet service providers, which is why we want to reward our customers’ loyalty. With MATE, if you bundle your mobile and internet together, you’ll save $10 per month. That’s a saving of $120 per year!
How do I get the bundle discount?
To get the bundle discount, you’ll need both an nbn plan and a mobile plan with MATE. You’ll get the $10 monthly discount as soon as both services are active.
You can add a service through our myMATE app or self-care portal (there are step-by-step instructions above), or give us a call on 13 14 13 and we’ll add them for you.
Can I add more than one mobile or internet service to my account?
Yes, you can add more than one mobile or internet service to your account.
The discount is applied only once per bundle, not per service. We don’t offer a further discount for having more than one mobile bundled with your nbn, so while you can sign up for as many mobile plans as you like, the discount stays a flat $10 no matter how many mobiles are on the account.
Can I bundle & save if I am already with MATE?
Yes! Simply add a service to your account through our myMATE app or self-care portal, or call us on 13 14 13. The bundle will automatically apply as soon as both services are active.
Can I bundle & save if I am not a MATE customer yet?
Yes! You can sign up here. Enter your address, select your internet plan and follow the prompts.
Are there any contracts with mobile or nbn?
With MATE, there are no contracts. Lock-in contracts are a thing of the past, and our mobile and internet services are all month-to-month.
This gives you the freedom to change your plans, mix and match and cancel services when you need. So long as you have multiple services with MATE, you’ll get our Bundle & Save discount.
