How do I apply the promo code "MATE30" to get my discount?
When you’re signing up for a new nbn internet plan, there’ll be a section during the checkout process after you select your plan where you “add a promo code”.
Simply input “MATE30” there, and the discount will be applied to your monthly bill for the first 6 months.

Can I combine this offer with other discounts or promotions I may have or come across in the future?
The “MATE30” promo code is a special offer and cannot be combined with other promo codes.
However, you can still benefit from our mobile bundle discount if you choose to combine internet and mobile services!
What is the bundle and save offer?
Our bundle and save offer means that a $10.00 discount will be applied to your internet service each month if there is an eligible MATE mobile service(s) on the account at the time of billing.
For example, our No Worries nbn 100/20 plan is normally $96 per month – if you add a MATE mobile service to the same account, a $10.00 discount will be applied, reducing the monthly nbn plan fee to $86 per month. Combine this with the MATE30 offer and you’ll pay just $56 per month for the first six months!
You can always add services to your account later and still obtain the bundle offer, too! For example, if you have nbn only, you can add a mobile plan to the account later to receive the bundle discount once your mobile service is activated.
Are there any hidden fees or charges?
Absolutely not!
Transparency is key for us. The price you see when selecting your plan is what you pay. And remember, there are no lock-in contracts, so you’re free to adjust your services as you see fit without any hidden fees.
How do the "no lock-in contracts" work? Does this mean I can cancel anytime without penalties?
Exactly right! At MATE, we want to keep you because you love our service, not because you’re tied down.
If you decide to leave, you can do so without any exit fees or penalties.
