how do I sign-up with MATE?

To sign up with MATE, simply visit our website and hit the yellow “sign-up now” button! You can sign up for nbn internet, a SIM-only mobile plan(s) or an nbn + mobile bundle.

You just need to enter your address and we’ll let you know what type of nbn technology is available.

Then, just choose an unlimited internet plan and complete the sign-up form!

If you would prefer to sign up over the phone, you can give us a buzz on 13 14 13 and press “1” when prompted to speak to our sales team.

If you wish to delay the activation of your service, you can update the ‘delay connection’ date in the sales form when signing up online.

You can always add services to your account later and still obtain our bundle offer, too!
