Nobody likes a price increase. We know that, and we don’t take it lightly.
nbn’s wholesale costs are increasing again
Every year, nbn increases the wholesale costs they charge internet providers like us for access to the network. 2026 is no different. We don’t set these fees and we don’t get a vote on them. When nbn raises their wholesale pricing, every provider in Australia has to absorb it or pass it on.
You can read nbn’s official statement on their website.
Good news for card payments
From October 2026, the Reserve Bank of Australia is removing surcharges on debit and credit card payments across all businesses in Australia. So while this price adjustment is happening, you won’t be hit with card surcharges on top. What you see is what you pay.
We’ve tried to keep it as small as possible
We always try to absorb what we can and pass on the minimum. We’ve kept our fastest plans unchanged entirely. It also helps us keep doing what we do: investing in our network, keeping our support team local, and making sure your service stays reliable. Unlimited data, no lock-in contracts, and 7-day Aussie support. That’s not changing.

Is this a good time to review your plan?
Yes. A price change is a useful prompt to check whether your plan still makes sense. You might find you’re paying for more speed than you need, or that the gap between your current plan and the next one up is smaller than you thought.
