how do I update my payment details?

If you are an existing customer and need to update your payment details, this can be done in three ways:

ONLINE: Log into the MATE self-care portal and press “update payment”;

ON OUR APP: Log into the myMATE app and press the ‘update payment’ button;

Update Payment

BY PHONE: Call us on 13 14 13 and press option “2” when prompted to update your credit card details.
You will need your MATE code/account number and password to log in to the self-care portal and myMATE app. If you don’t know your password, check the email titled “You’re nearly there mate!” for these details, otherwise, click here to recover your account password.
