Delivery of your MATE modem generally takes between 2 – 5 business days once the modem has been shipped. Shipping occurs within one (1) business day after successful payment for your order.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS as soon as your modem is on the move.
The MATE modem is delivered via Australia Post.
💡 Tip: If nbn has previously been connected at your address, your internet service may be activated before your MATE modem arrives. This is done remotely and happens automatically.
