Delivery of your MATE modem generally takes between 2 – 5 business days once the modem is shipped. Shipping will take place within one (1) business day following successful payment for your order.
You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once the modem has shipped.
The MATE modem is delivered via AusPost.
Please note that if nbn has previously been connected at your address, in most cases your internet service will be activated BEFORE you receive your MATE modem. The nbn™️ service is automatically activated remotely, and this process is entirely automated.
