You can access your MATE mobile voicemail (MessageBank) by dialling 101 from your handset. For security, you can’t access your MATE voicemail from another phone.
Setting up your PIN
The first time you call your voicemail, the automated voice asks you to set a 6-digit PIN. Enter your chosen 6 digits followed by the # key.
If you get stuck, press * to go back to the previous menu, or press 0 for help.
Good to know
- Your personal greeting can be up to 1 minute long
- Your voicemail holds up to 40 messages
