Need a quick payment extension?

You can request a payment extension of up to 15 days through our self-care portal or our phone system.

🖥 Via the self-care portal:

1. Log in and click “Extension?”

2. Click “Pick a date” and select your new payment date from the calendar.

3. Click the “Add a payment extension” button and you’ll see a confirmation that the extension has been applied.

4. You’ll see your new due date on the main page and we’ll automatically process the payment then.

📞 Via phone:

Call 13 14 13 and follow the prompts to request a payment extension. Easy!

Note: Your extension request remains active even if you make a partial payment during that time. It’s perfect for flexible budgeting.
