Can I cancel or remove an international roaming pack?

Unfortunately not. Once a roaming pack has been activated, it can’t be cancelled, removed or refunded. Here’s what that means in practice:

  • Your pack will remain active until it expires at the end of your 7-day period.
  • Any unused data at expiry is forfeited and won’t roll over or be stored for later.

If you don’t want to use your roaming data while your pack is still active, you can turn off Data Roaming in your phone settings at any time. This stops your phone from connecting to the roaming network without affecting your pack.

If you’ve ordered the wrong pack or need to reschedule before it activates, get in touch with our support team as soon as possible. Changes can only be made while the order is still in a pending state — once it’s activated, we’re unable to make changes.

If you change to another eligible MATE mobile plan while a pack is active, don’t worry. Your roaming pack carries over and doesn’t reset.

💡 Tip: If you’re not ready to use your pack yet, you can schedule it for your travel date when ordering via the myMATE app. This way it only starts when you need it.
