No, unused roaming data doesn’t roll over when your pack expires. This applies to all MATE international roaming packs:
- Any data you haven’t used at the end of your 7 days is forfeited.
- It can’t be transferred, saved or carried over to a new pack.
- Unused data won’t be added to your MATE data bank either.
If your pack expires while you’re still overseas and you need more data, you can simply purchase a new roaming pack via the myMATE app.
đź’ˇ Tip: If you run out of data before your 7 days are up, you can add a new pack to top up. Just keep in mind you can only add up to 2 different packs within any 24-hour period, and adding the same pack again will replace your current one — any unused data will be lost and you’ll still be charged for the new pack.
