Our nbn internet pricing is changing

Nobody likes a price increase. We know that, and we don’t take it lightly.

nbn’s wholesale costs are increasing again

Every year, nbn increases the wholesale costs they charge internet providers like us for access to the network. 2026 is no different. We don’t set these fees and we don’t get a vote on them. When nbn raises their wholesale pricing, every provider in Australia has to absorb it or pass it on.

Good news for card payments

From October 2026, the Reserve Bank of Australia is removing surcharges on debit and credit card payments across all businesses in Australia. So while this price adjustment is happening, you won’t be hit with card surcharges on top. What you see is what you pay.

We’ve tried to keep it as small as possible

We always try to absorb what we can and pass on the minimum. We’ve kept our fastest plans unchanged entirely. It also helps us keep doing what we do: investing in our network, keeping our support team local, and making sure your service stays reliable. Unlimited data, no lock-in contracts, and 7-day Aussie support. That’s not changing.

When does this kick in?

For existing customers, updated pricing will take effect from the date communicated to you in your notification email. As billing cycles vary, your change date may differ from other customers.

For new customers, our updated pricing takes effect from Tuesday 16th June 2026.
