The zoning of adsl services is determined by Telstra who own the copper network. If Telstra classifies your address as a Zone 2 or Zone 3, this means you are only eligible for regional pricing which is our country mates plans.
If your address is classified by Telstra as a Zone 2 or Zone 3 you are not eligible for our city mates plans as only addresses in Zone 1 are eligible for these plans.
