If you’ve already added our VoIP service, we would’ve sent you the setup details in an email. This includes your phone number and network password.
You’ll need to enter these details into your BYO VoIP device or compatible modem to get up and running.
💡 Tip: We don’t provide technical support for setting up BYO VoIP devices — but if you’ve configured one before, it should be straightforward.
