Activation will only occur during business hours – Monday-Friday (8am-8pm AEST) & Saturday (10am-6pm AEST). There is no porting on Sundays or national public holidays.
Activating a MATE SIM card will generally take between 10 minutes and 24 hours once you have completed the activation process in our myMATE app or self-care portal. However, if you are retaining an existing mobile number, this may take longer depending on the network you are moving from.
