The time it takes to get connected depends on how nbn is delivered to your address and whether your place has been connected before.
If your address has never had nbn before:
It usually takes between 9 to 19 business days to get connected. This can vary depending on technician availability, whether a connection box needs to be installed, or if your home is already nbn-ready.
If your address has had nbn before:
You could be online in as little as 15 minutes – but typically it takes 1 to 3 business days.
