How to refer a friend
When your mate signs up, they just need to include your details at the time of order:
- If signing up over the phone, they’ll need to tell the agent your name and MATE code
- If signing up online, they’ll enter your name and MATE code in the “how did you hear about us” section
💡 Tip: Referral details must be added when signing up — they can’t be added later.
What you get
- Internet referral: $50 credit once their service is active
- Mobile referral: $25 credit once their service is active
Your credit will be applied to your next invoice after your mate’s service is up and running.
Things to know
- One referral credit per new account
- Referral credits can’t be used with other promotions
- If a promo code is used, the referral won’t apply
- Your account needs to stay active to receive the credit
- Credits aren’t transferable
