If you sign up for an eSIM plan or request a SIM swap to eSIM, we’ll email you a QR code. Simply scan it with your phone’s camera and follow the prompts – this downloads your MATE eSIM directly onto your compatible device.
💡 Tip: You’ll need an internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) to download and install your eSIM.
