Your MATE account number (we call it your MATE code) is a 6 or 8 digit number used to identify your account.
Where to find your MATE code
You can find it in a few places:
- Welcome email: Sent when you signed up
- SMS: We also send your MATE code via text when you join
- Your invoice: It’s listed on the first page of your monthly invoice
💡 Tip: Save your MATE code somewhere handy — you’ll need it to log in to the self-care portal or when chatting with support.
