Can I use eSIM for my smart watch?

MATE currently supports eSIM on some Android smart watches, including selected Samsung Galaxy Watch and Google Pixel Watch models.

However, smart watches can’t currently share the same mobile number as your phone on the MATE network.

⚠️ Important: If you want to use eSIM on a supported Android smart watch, you’ll need to purchase a separate MATE mobile plan for the watch.

Apple Watch cellular features aren’t currently supported on the MATE network.

This means features like:

  • Sharing the same mobile number between your phone and watch
  • Making calls from your watch using your mobile number
  • Using mobile data on your watch without your phone nearby

aren’t currently available through MATE.

💡 Tip: Most smart watches will still work with Bluetooth when connected to your phone nearby, even without their own mobile plan.
⚠️ Important: Smart watch compatibility can vary depending on the model and manufacturer. Always check your device manufacturer’s website before ordering.
