What happens if I delete my eSIM?

Deleting your eSIM from your phone means you won’t be able to use your service. To restore it, you’ll need a new eSIM issued by MATE.

Reach out to our support team and we’ll arrange for a replacement and get you back up and running.

💡 Tip: If you’re moving to a new device and haven’t deleted your eSIM, try to transfer it first – this avoids needing a new one.
