Can I reschedule my nbn installation appointment?

Need to reschedule your nbn installation appointment? No worries — you can do it yourself in just a few steps.

Note: If this is about an nbn fault appointment, refer to that FAQ instead.

You can reschedule an installation appointment using our self-care portal or the myMATE app.

💡 Tip: Use your account number (what we call your MATE code) to log in.

Using the self-care portal (best on desktop)

  1. Select “my orders”

2. Click on “View Appointment”

3. Select “Reschedule appointment”

4. Pick a new time from the dropdown and click “Reschedule”

5. You’ll see a confirmation that your appointment is reserved

6. We’ll also confirm the new appointment time via SMS and email.


Using the myMATE app (best on mobile)

  1. Select “my orders”

3. Choose your preferred time and tap “update”

4. You’ll receive an email and SMS confirming the rescheduled time.
