If you’ve received access to beIN SPORTS CONNECT through MATE, here’s everything you need to know.
This promotion ended on 31 August 2025, but customers who joined before this date and activated an eligible plan can continue to enjoy access as long as their service stays active.

With beIN SPORTS CONNECT, eligible MATE customers received:

- Ongoing access — Valid for the life of your active MATE plan
Which plans included beIN SPORTS CONNECT?
All nbn internet and mobile plans purchased and activated by 31 August 2025 were eligible.
How long does the subscription last?
Your beIN SPORTS CONNECT access stays active as long as your eligible MATE service remains connected. If you cancel your MATE plan, your access will end.
How do I activate it?
Once your eligible MATE service was active, we sent an email with your personal beIN SPORTS CONNECT activation code. The code must have been redeemed within 60 days of the promotion ending (31 August 2025). If it wasn’t activated by then, access is no longer available.
Can I still get beIN SPORTS CONNECT?
No. The promotion ended on 31 August 2025 and is no longer available to new customers. However, eligible customers who joined before this date and keep their service active will retain access.
Did this stack with other offers?
Yes! Many customers used a promo code like BEIN30 to unlock both:
- A beIN SPORTS CONNECT subscription
- $30 off per month for 6 months on selected nbn plans
What if I had multiple services?
You would have received a separate beIN SPORTS CONNECT subscription for each eligible internet or mobile service activated with the promo code before 31 August 2025.
