However, in some cases, nbn may apply a charge directly to the provider for the initial network build. This is most common in newly built homes or housing developments.
⚠️ Heads up: If applicable, the nbn New Development Fee is a once-off $300 charge (inc. GST). This will appear on your first bill if your address is affected.
