In most cases, it just needs a quick refresh to connect properly to the network.
Try this quick SIM reset
- Turn your phone off and remove the SIM card
- Turn your phone back on without the SIM inserted
- Turn it off again, reinsert the SIM, then power it back on
Still not working?
Run through a few extra checks:
- Make sure your phone isn’t in airplane mode
- Check your device is unlocked and compatible with our network
- Try the SIM in another phone if you have one handy
