From 3 April 2026 to 4 June 2026, eligible MATE customers who purchased and activated a new eligible MATE internet or mobile service during the promotional period received a Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Robot Dog Bundle code.

What was the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Robot Dog Bundle?
It was an in-game cosmetic bundle for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 that included a calling card, emblem and weapon charm.
Who was eligible for this promotion?
The promotion was open to eligible Australian residents aged 18 or over who purchased and activated a new eligible MATE internet or mobile service during the promotional period.
This included:
- New MATE customers
- Existing MATE customers who added a new eligible service during the promotional period
Exclusions applied in line with the full Terms and Conditions.
Did I need to enter a promo code at checkout?
No. There was no promo code required for this promotion on standard eligible sales. If your eligible service was sold and activated during the promotional period, you received a voucher code after activation.
How did I get my bundle code?
After your eligible MATE service was activated, you received your unique DLC code from MATE by email, usually by the next business day.
How do I redeem my bundle?
Got your code? Here’s how to redeem it:
- Go to www.callofduty.com/redeem
- Log in to your Activision account, or create one if you don’t have one yet
- Enter your DLC code
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Once redeemed, the bundle will be added to your Activision account.
Which platforms are supported?
Your Activision account can be linked to supported gaming platforms including:
- Xbox
- PlayStation
- PC
The bundle is redeemed through your Activision account, which then connects to your gaming profile.
Do I need to own the game?
Yes. You must own or acquire a Call of Duty game to redeem and use the reward. You’ll also need an Activision account linked to your game profile. Some additional paid subscription services may be required depending on your platform or multiplayer access.
How many bundles could I get?
You could receive:
- One bundle code per activated eligible service purchased during the promotional period
- A maximum of one of each reward
Keep in mind that each Activision account can only redeem one code. If multiple codes were redeemed on the same Activision account, only the first valid redemption applied.
What if I redeem my code on the wrong account?
Double-check you’re logged into the correct Activision account before redeeming. Codes are locked to the first Activision account they’re redeemed on and can’t be transferred to another account.
When do I need to redeem my code by?
You must redeem your DLC code by 11.59pm AEST on 31 July 2026. After that date, unused codes may become invalid and won’t be replaced.
What if I redeem my code before the game content is available?
If the content is redeemed before it becomes available in-game, it’ll be banked to your Activision account and unlocked when it becomes available.
Can I sell, share or transfer my code?
No. DLC codes can’t be sold, shared, traded, transferred or exchanged for cash. Codes must be obtained through authorised channels and used in line with the promotion Terms and Conditions.
Could I combine this with other offers?
Unless otherwise stated, this promotion couldn’t be used in conjunction with other MATE offers.
What if I had more than one MATE service?
If you purchased and activated more than one eligible service during the promotional period, each eligible activated service may have received its own bundle code. Keep in mind that each Activision account can only redeem one code.
