How do I transfer my MATE eSIM to a new phone?

If you’re getting a new phone and need to move your MATE eSIM, you’ll need our help to complete the transfer.

At the moment, transferring an eSIM between devices isn’t available. To move your eSIM to a new phone, our team will need to complete a SIM swap for you.

⚠️ Important: Don’t delete the eSIM from your current phone until our team has issued the replacement. Deleting it first will stop your service from working.

How to transfer your eSIM to a new device

  1. Contact our support team via Live Chat or by phone.
  2. We’ll complete a quick two-factor authentication (2FA) check to confirm your identity.
  3. Our team will perform a SIM swap and issue a new eSIM.
  4. You can then activate the new eSIM on your new phone.
💡 Tip: Have your new phone with you when contacting support so you can activate the new eSIM straight away.
