MATE is committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and provides a returns policy for mobile SIM plans.
If you’ve purchased an eSIM and change your mind before activating, we can provide a refund of the plan fee, minus a $5 cancellation fee per eSIM order. This applies to each individual order cancelled.
For physical SIMs, we can provide a refund of the plan fee, minus $10 to cover postage and handling. You don’t need to return the physical SIM to us if you decide not to go ahead.
