How it works
If you have a current nbn internet plan and add an eligible MATE SIM-only mobile plan to your account, we’ll automatically apply a $10 monthly discount to your internet bill.
Example: Our Crikey nbn 25/10 plan is normally $80/month. Bundle it with a mobile plan on the same account and you’ll only pay $70/month for your internet.
The discount is applied once both services are active and you’ll see it on your first bill after your mobile is connected.
Other things to know
- The discount is applied to your internet plan, not your mobile.
- The discount ends if your mobile service is cancelled or becomes inactive.
- You’ll only receive one $10 discount per account, even if you add multiple mobile services.
- Only available on eligible SIM-only mobile and internet plans.
How to bundle your plans
You can add a new service directly through the myMATE app or self-care portal. Just log in and add a new internet or mobile plan to your account, no need to contact us.
