Log in to the MATE self-care portal, click “update payment” and follow the prompts to enter your new card details.

📱 myMATE app

Open the myMATE app and tap the “update payment” button to update your details quickly and easily.

📞 By phone

Call 13 14 13 and follow the prompts.

Our phone system will guide you through securely updating your credit card over the phone.
