How do I update or change my direct debit or credit card account details?

If you need to update your payment details, there are a few easy ways to do it:

💻 Online

Log in to the MATE self-care portal, click update payment and follow the prompts to enter your new card or bank account details.

📱 myMATE app

Open the myMATE app and tap the update payment button to update your details quickly and easily.

📞 By phone

Call 13 14 13 and follow the prompts. Our phone system will guide you through securely updating your credit card over the phone. Please note, you cannot switch to direct debit (bank account) by phone — this must be done through the app or self-care portal.
