You can access the MATE self-care portal via the following link: mymate.letsbemates.com.au. The portal is accessible via desktop or mobile devices.

You will require the following details to log in:

1. Your MATE code/account number;
2. Your account password.

If you don’t know your account password, you can click here to recover your password by receiving a text message on your mobile.
