What you can do in self-care
Once you’re in, you can:
- See all of your active MATE services/plans (internet and mobile)
- Update your credit card details
- Check your data usage (internet and mobile) and reset dates
- Change your plan(s) (internet and mobile)
- Add new services to your account
- Check for outages/network status related to your service
- Activate a MATE mobile SIM
