If you signed up to a MATE internet plan and activated a BINGE subscription through this promotion, here’s everything you need to know.
This promotion ended on 31 March 2026, but customers who joined before this date and activated an eligible plan can continue to enjoy their BINGE Basic subscription for as long as their service stays active.
What was included?
Eligible MATE customers received:
- A BINGE Basic streaming subscription (valued at $10/month) included at no extra cost
- One offer per service: either BINGE25 or BINGE15
- BINGE25: Save $150 over 6 months — that’s $25/month off eligible plans
- BINGE15: Save $90 over 6 months — that’s $15/month off select plans
What was BINGE Basic?
BINGE Basic is a streaming plan that lets you:
- Watch on one device at a time in HD quality
- Enjoy the latest dramas, comedies, movies, documentaries and reality shows
- Stream on mobile, tablet, smart TV and more
Which MATE plans included the BINGE offer?
The BINGE offer was available on all MATE internet plans at the time, with some exclusions:
- BINGE25: Available on all MATE internet plans except Ripper 50/20 and No Dramas Wireless
- BINGE15: Available only on Ripper 50/20 and No Dramas Wireless
How long does the BINGE subscription last?
Your BINGE Basic subscription remains included for as long as your eligible MATE internet plan stays active. If your plan is terminated — by you or us, or for any reason — your BINGE offer will end and your subscription will automatically renew at standard BINGE pricing (currently $10/month for BINGE Basic).
How do I activate my BINGE account?
After your internet service was activated, we sent you a unique BINGE voucher link and code via email.
To redeem:
- Visit your unique BINGE voucher link (included in the email)
- Your code will be pre-filled and show as BINGE Basic offer
- If you’re new to BINGE, follow the prompts to create your account
- If you’re a returning BINGE user, log in and activate your account with the code applied
Can I still get this offer?
No. The promotion ended on 31 March 2026 and is no longer available to new customers. However, eligible customers who signed up before this date and keep their service active will retain their BINGE Basic subscription.
Can I upgrade to another BINGE plan?
Yes — you can upgrade to BINGE Standard or BINGE Premium anytime through your BINGE account. You’ll just pay the difference between BINGE Basic and the tier you choose to upgrade to. For pricing and features, visit help.binge.com.au/s.
Did this stack with other offers?
No — this offer couldn’t be combined with other MATE promotions or BINGE offers. The BINGE25 and BINGE15 promo codes replaced older discounts such as MATE30.
What if I had multiple MATE services?
Only one BINGE Basic subscription inclusion was provided per eligible internet service using a promo code. Additional services, such as a mobile plan, were not eligible for the BINGE subscription offer.
