If you’re transferring your number from another provider, activation times may vary depending on which network you’re coming from.
Keep in mind, mobile activations only happen during business hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8am – 8pm AEST
- Saturday: 10am – 6pm AEST
There’s no activation or number porting on Sundays or national public holidays.
