Pay 10 months upfront at your current rate and we’ll give you 12 months in return. That’s two months free, with your price locked in before the annual increase hits.
What’s included
- Pay for 10 months, get 12
- Your price stays the same for the full 12 months
- Available on eligible internet and mobile plans
- Pro-rata refund if you cancel early
- Moving house? Any remaining prepaid months stay on your account and apply to your new service (at the new service rate)
- Upgrading to fibre? Any remaining prepaid months stay on your account and apply to your new service (at the new service rate)

Price Lock is available to select eligible customers only. If you’re eligible, you’ll receive an email from MATE with details on how to take up the offer.
If you haven’t received an email, you may not be eligible at this time.
How to get it
- Log in to our myMATE app or self-care portal
- Select Price Lock and pick the services you want to lock
- Pay 10 months upfront at your current rate
- You’re locked in for 12 months.
What if I want to change plans?
You can change plans at any time, but you’ll forfeit the Price Lock offer. Any prepaid credit remaining on your account will stay there and be applied to your new plan.
