How do I access the MATE self-care portal?

You can access your MATE self-care portal anytime using the link below:

Self-care works best on desktop. If you’re on mobile, we recommend using the myMATE app for a smoother experience.

How to log in

You’ll just need:

  1. Your MATE code or account number
  2. Your account password

Forgot your password? No worries, you can reset it here and get a code sent to your mobile.

What you can do in self-care

Once you’re in, you can:

  • See all of your active MATE services/plans (internet and mobile)
  • Update your credit card details
  • Check your data usage (internet and mobile) and reset dates
  • Change your plan(s) (internet and mobile)
  • Add new services to your account
  • Check for outages/network status related to your service
  • Activate a MATE mobile SIM
