when do I start getting charged for my mobile plan?

  1. Whenever you add a mobile service to your account, our system will automatically generate a monthly plan fee at the applicable plan rate for the billing period you added your service in;
  2. Once any of the service(s) you have added are connected, you will receive a pro-rated credit for the time your service was inactive in that billing period, reducing the plan fee mentioned above;
  3. The adjustments will show on your next invoice. If you are confused, we ask that you check the adjustments made on the second page of your invoice.

For example, if your bill cycle is the 10th of every month and your mobile service was added on the 15th of the month but activated on the 25th of the month:

  1. A plan fee for your mobile service will be added between the 10th to the 9th of the following month at the time of adding the service to your account (15th);
  2. A pro-rata credit from the 10th of the month until the 25th of the month will be applied, for the time your service wasn’t active in the billing period.

The above charge will be in addition to your regular plan fee for the month in advance from the 10th to the 9th of the following month.
