At MATE, we always aim to provide great value, local support 7 days a week, and mobile plans you can count on \u2014 without the nonsense.<\/p>\n

From time to time, external factors mean we need to adjust our pricing. We want to be upfront with you about what\u2019s changing and why.<\/p>\n

Why the changes?<\/h3>\n

From August and September 2025, updated pricing and inclusions will apply across our mobile plan range.<\/p>\n

These changes reflect rising wholesale and operational costs, including network access, compliance obligations, and general inflation. To continue delivering high-quality mobile plans with no lock-in contracts and Aussie support, a small price increase is required.<\/p>\n

But it\u2019s not just a price change \u2013 we\u2019re also increasing data inclusions across the board, and upgrading plan features like 5G, speed caps and data bank limits for selected plans.<\/p>\n
