If you are an existing MATE customer, you can use our self-care portal<\/a> or myMATE app<\/a> to change your nbn internet plan.<\/p>\n

Any applicable pro-rata charges\/credits for the difference in plan fees will be applied accordingly on your next invoice.<\/p>\n

The pro-rata charges\/credits will appear as two itemised listings on your invoice as the plan was changed during the billing cycle. You will find the breakdown of these charges\/credits on the second page of your invoice.<\/p>\n

Change your plan using the myMATE app (best on mobile devices)<\/h3>\n

Use your account number (what we like to call your MATE code)<\/a> to log in to our myMATE app.<\/p>\n

Our myMATE app is best if you’re using a mobile device like a smartphone or tablet. It’s available for Apple and Android devices and can be downloaded on your device using the links below:<\/p>\n\"App<\/a>\n\"Google<\/a>\n

Once you\u2019re logged in:<\/p>\n

1. Select \u2018my services<\/strong>\u2019 on the main screen:<\/p>\n

2. Select the plan<\/strong> you wish to change:<\/p>\n

\"Change<\/p>\n

3. Select the icon on the top right of the screen and then choose \u2018change plan<\/strong>\u2019 and follow the prompts:<\/p>\n

If you are a current myMATE app user, you may need to update your app to see this function.<\/p>\nIf you have forgotten or don\u2019t know your app password, you can use the password recovery function in the app.<\/em>\n

Change your plan using the self-care portal (best on desktop)<\/h3>\n

Our self-care portal is best if you’re using a desktop device like a computer or laptop.<\/p>\n

If you have forgotten or don’t know your self-care password, you can use the password recovery<\/a> function.<\/p>\n

Once you’re logged in, simply click the “change plan<\/strong>” option and follow the prompts to change your plan.<\/p>\n
