Review, confirm and submit your order.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>I started my Fibre upgrade but don\u2019t see the &#8216;Upgrade to Fibre&#8217; step &#8211; what should I do?<\/h3>\n<p>If you\u2019re upgrading via the myMATE app or self-care portal and you don\u2019t see the \u201cUpgrade to Fibre\u201d option during setup, don\u2019t worry &#8211; this may be because your address is already approved for a fast-track Fibre upgrade.<\/p>\n<p>In these cases, you\u2019ll skip straight to choosing a new Fibre plan.
