If you are an existing MATE customer, you can use our self-care portal or myMATE app to add a new internet service to your account.<\/p>\n

  2. Select “Add New Service”<\/li>\n

    Add a service using the myMATE app (best on mobile devices)<\/h3>\n

    Use your account number (also known as your MATE code)<\/a> to log in to our myMATE app.<\/p>\nDownload the myMATE app<\/a>\n

    \ud83d\udca1 Tip:<\/strong> If you have forgotten your app password, use the recovery function in the app.<\/div>\n

    Once you’re logged in, select “add new service” on the main screen and follow the prompts to complete your order.<\/p>\n
