From there, your existing copper line connects to the fibre network.<\/p>\n<p>Inside your home, an <strong>nbn FTTC connection device<\/strong> (also known as an NCD) is used to power the service and link your premises to the nbn network. This plugs directly into a standard telephone wall socket and connects to your router via an Ethernet cable.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not already have an FTTC connection device, we\u2019ll provide one when your service is activated.
