If you\u2019ve ordered a MATE mobile service but changed your mind or no longer wish to activate it, you might be eligible for a refund of your plan fee – minus a small deduction to cover costs.<\/p>\n

eSIM orders<\/h4>\n

If you ordered an eSIM and decide not to go ahead, we\u2019ll refund your plan fee minus a $5 processing fee per eSIM order<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Physical SIM orders<\/h4>\n

If you ordered a physical SIM, we\u2019ll refund your plan fee minus a $10 postage and handling fee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t need to return the SIM card to us. Just get in touch and we\u2019ll help sort it out.<\/p>\n
