You&#8217;ll need to make a note of the following details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The exact time and date you attempted to send or receive the message;<\/li>\n<li>The mobile number you attempted to send to, or receive the SMS\/MMS from<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will require three (3) different examples before we can investigate with our network provider. You will also need to try your SIM card in a different mobile phone handset, as we have to rule out the possibility that the issue is being caused by your phone.<\/p>\n<p>If you are trying to send an MMS and receive the message: \u201cMessage not sent, service not activated on network\u201d, this usually indicates that the file you are trying to send via MMS is too large.<\/p>\n<p>If it is a photo you are sending, we recommend checking that the HDR setting is not enabled on your smartphone camera.
