You can also contact us if you prefer or need a hand.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">Cancel via self-service<\/span><\/p>\n<p>You can cancel your mobile service anytime using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.letsbemates.com.au\/mate\/mymate\/\">myMATE app<\/a> or the <a href=\"https:\/\/mymate.letsbemates.com.au\/\">self-care portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 0.5em; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 1em; background-color: #fdecea; border-left: 5px solid #f44336;\" role=\"note\" aria-label=\"Important warning\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\">\u26a0\ufe0f Important:<\/span> When you cancel a mobile service, your mobile number will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered. Any remaining Data Bank balance linked to that service will also be forfeited. If you want to keep your number, you should port it to another provider instead of cancelling.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Sign in to your account.
