There are three ways to check your mobile data usage, including any data in your data bank<\/a>:<\/p>\n

  1. Download the myMATE app on your iPhone<\/a> or Android<\/a> device<\/li>\n
  2. Log into the MATE self-care portal<\/a> online<\/li>\n
  3. Text ‘Bal<\/span>‘ to 179<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    \ud83d\udca1 Note:<\/span> All MATE mobile plans are month-to-month postpaid services, not prepaid. That means there’s nothing to recharge.<\/div>\n

    When does my data reset?<\/h4>\n

    Your monthly data allocation resets on your billing cycle<\/a> date each month. If you’re not sure of your billing cycle date, you’ll find it on the first page of your monthly invoice, shown as the “issue date”.<\/p>\n

    If you use up your monthly included data and any data left in your data bank, your data will be capped, so no more mobile data will be available until you roll over into the next billing month.<\/p>\n

    Will I know when I’m running low?<\/h4>\n

    Yes. We’ll send you SMS alerts in near real-time when you reach 50%, 85% and 100% of your monthly data allowance, so there are no surprises.<\/p>\n
