When will I be billed?<\/h4>\n

All new<\/span> MATE accounts require upfront payment before we can process your order.<\/p>\n

Your service is invoiced monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date, which becomes your bill cycle date.<\/p>\n

If your service is connected on a different day, your next invoice will include a pro-rata adjustment<\/span> to cover the time between your bill cycle date and when your service actually went live.<\/p>\n

From then on, all future invoices are billed in advance on your bill cycle date, with payment due a set number of days after the invoice is issued. You’ll find the due date on your invoice.<\/p>\n

What if I add a new service?<\/h4>\n

If you add a new service (like another mobile plan or an upgrade to Fibre), we’ll charge you a full month upfront for that new service. Once it’s active, we’ll credit any unused time and align the service to your regular bill cycle. This will show up automatically on your next invoice.<\/p>\n

What payment options are available?<\/h4>\n

All our payment methods are surcharge-free<\/span>. You can learn more about payment methods here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Need to update your payment method?<\/h4>\n

You can update your payment details anytime<\/a> via the self-care portal<\/a> or myMATE app<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u26a0\ufe0f Heads up:<\/span> If you pay by direct debit from a bank account, changing to a card is permanent. You won’t be able to switch back<\/span> to bank account direct debit afterwards.<\/div>\n
